More touches. More shots. More progress. Every player is in the action the whole time — a ton of touch time and court time, and nobody standing around waiting for a turn.

📋 The Details

• Who: Ages 16+, men and women, any mix per team

• Format: full-court 3x3 on the side hoops

• Plays: Saturday evenings, one game per week

• Season: 10 weeks, 10 games, 10 slots

• Cost: $600 per team, or $150 as a free agent

• Where: HoopLife Facility, 661 Solomon Cres, Regina, SK

🏀 How It Runs

Two 20-minute halves, running time, music the whole way through. No refs — defence calls their own fouls, and it stays friendly. Build your own team, or sign up solo and we will place you on one.

HoopLife runs the Adult League four times a year — Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer — and each one runs 10 weeks.
